KIA-Hyundai Class Action Settlement

KIA and Hyundai companies have faced class action suits from customers who buy cars without any engine immobilizer. That leads to car theft. The KIA and Hyundai companies have made some cars from the time of 2011 to 2022 that do not have any engine immobilizer.

The engine immobilizer does the job of theft of the car by not allowing it to start the car without its original key. As people do not get engine immobilizers in their cars, their cars are stolen by others. Some people have to buy additional security measures to protect their cars from theft. So, the customer who suffered losses has filed class action suits against the KIA and Hyundai company.
